We want your new garment or accessory to reach your den as quickly as possible. The total time depends on whether your order is a pre-order or if it’s already in stock.

For Pre-Orders (Approximate total time: 4 weeks):

• Payment Processing: About 3 business days for the financial magic to go “clink” and get everything in order.

• Production: Approximately 2 weeks. This is where our team brings your garment or accessory to life with all our care and dedication.

• Packing and Shipping: 2 business days to wrap it with all the attention it deserves and send it on its way to you.

• Journey to Your Den: This depends on the shipping method you chose and how far away you are.

For In-Stock Orders (Approximate total time: 2 weeks):

• Payment Processing: The same 3 business days of financial ritual.

• Ready to Ship!: Since it’s already made and checked, it only takes about 2 business days to pack it with love and start its adventure.

• Journey to Your Den: Same as above—depends entirely on the shipping service and your location.

Remember: All these timeframes are approximate and in business days (Monday through Friday).
