Shipping & Returns

  • How to Place an Order

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout and provide your shipping and billing information.

  3. Review and confirm your order.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

  • Shipping & Logistics

    • Processing Time: All orders require 3 business days for preparation before being shipped. During collection launches or peak seasons, this period may be slightly extended.

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.

    • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Stupid & Toxic is not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or the recipient's absence.

    • Courier Incidents: Once the package is handed over to the logistics company, ownership of the product transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, strikes, or weather-related events.

  • International Shipping (Outside of Mexico)

    • Customs Requirements (Tax ID / SSN): For international shipments (especially to the United States and the rest of the world), customers must provide their tax identification number (Tax ID, SSN in the U.S., or local equivalent).

    • This information is a legal requirement by customs authorities in the destination country to process the import.

    • Consequences of Missing Information: If the customer fails to provide this information at the time of purchase or when requested by the courier, the package may be held at customs, delayed indefinitely, or returned to our facilities in Mexico.

    • Return Expenses: If a package is returned due to missing tax information or the customer's failure to pay import taxes, Stupid & Toxic will not refund the original shipping costs. The customer must cover the cost of a new shipment if they still wish to receive the product.

    • Import Taxes: Store prices do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the corresponding authority or the courier company upon delivery.

  • Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

    • "No Exchanges" Policy: To maintain exclusivity and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or model. We urge you to review the size guides and specifications before confirming your purchase.

    • Damaged or Defective Products:

      • You have 2 calendar days after receiving the package to report a manufacturing defect.

      • Mandatory Requirement: You must send an email to soporte@stupidandtoxic.com with your order number and photographic or video evidence of the packaging and the product.

      • The product must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

    • Refunds: If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with the store. The time it takes for the funds to reflect depends on your banking institution.

We use a third party currency conversion service to provide this functionality to our customers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any difference between the estimated price and the final price charged to your card.

Limitation of liability

Stupid & Toxic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability regarding any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing law

These policies are governed by the laws of Mexico / State of Mexico. Any disputes or controversies shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.

Payments and Pricing

  • Accepted Methods: Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MercadoPago.

  • Pricing Accuracy: We reserve the right to cancel an order if, due to a technical or typographical error, the price displayed on the website is incorrect. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.

  • Currency Conversion: Prices displayed in currencies other than MXN (Mexican Peso) are estimates. The final charge will be determined by your bank based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of processing. Stupid & Toxic is not responsible for bank fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
